Tiffany Deschamps promoted to Research and Analytics Services (RAS) Director
Tiffany lives Sklar Wilton’s values of helping others succeed. Combining strong analytical skills with efficient project management and creative storytelling is what she does best. Her superpowers include helping our clients extract clear and actionable insights from data to enable a deeper understanding of the consumer and drive brand growth. When she’s not deep into complex client projects, Tiffany is spearheading our internal Diversity and Inclusion efforts, helping our team learn, grow, and become better together.
Katrina Harpell promoted to Research and Analytics Services (RAS) Associate
Katrina is known for going above and beyond when it comes to our team and client projects. As one of our long-standing team members, Katrina continuously looks for new opportunities to learn and grow. She has committed the past 3 years to training and practicing her qualitative research skills to earn her place as an essential member of our team. Her superpowers include her ability to creatively plan, execute and facilitate consumer research while keeping the team on track and on budget. When she’s not managing multiple qualitative projects simultaneously, she’s instrumental in coaching and training new team members.
